The usual order
- You askSend us a request. It costs nothing and commits you to nothing.
- We send a quoteIt shows the official fee and our fee as separate lines, so you see what goes to the office and what is ours.
- You approve and payYou approve the quote and pay the full amount once, by bank transfer. There is no deposit and no instalment plan. We give you our bank details when you approve the quote. The quote names origis IP LLC as the company you contract with.
- We actWhen your payment has arrived, we search, file or reply. The official fee is part of the amount you paid, and we pay it to the office when we file.
- Extra work, only if it happensIf something extra becomes necessary, such as a reply to an objection, we send a separate written quote first. Nothing starts until you approve it.

When you pay for each service.
The same rule applies everywhere: you pay once, before we act. Amounts depend on the country and the case, so each quote states them. See Prices for the official fees we have checked so far, and charged only if it happens for the extra work.
