Payment and refunds

How payment works

1. You send us your request. We reply with a quote that shows the official fee and our fee separately.
2. You approve the quote.
3. You pay the full amount of the quote by bank transfer.
4. When we have received your payment, we make the filing.

The quote states the exact amount to pay and its currency. We give you our bank details when you approve the quote. The quote names origis IP LLC as the company you contract with.

Nothing is filed or charged without your approval.

Refunds and cancellation

You can cancel any order before we start the work. If the work you asked for has not been done, we refund what you paid us.

If the work has been partly done, we keep the fee for the work done up to the time you cancel. We do not charge for work that has not been done yet.

We send any refund within 7 days. The cost of sending the money is paid by you.
