Who receives data
- Cloudflare, Inc. (United States): website hosting, network and security services, including Turnstile and the passing on of form submissions.
- Zoho Corporation B.V. (Netherlands): email services; our mailbox is in Zoho’s EU data centres.
- Our internal request system, operated in Türkiye by Cavus IP (Can Çavuş) on behalf of origis IP LLC. It does not store your IP address, and what you type into a form is not written to its log files.
- Partners abroad, only when you ask us to arrange a dispute and only for that matter.
- Public authorities, only where we are legally required to disclose data.
What our form address does
The address that receives the forms (“/api/talep”) checks the security token with Cloudflare, checks the fields, and sends the request by email and, for requests that need it, to our internal request system. It stores nothing, writes no personal data to its logs, and sends nothing back to you except “received” or “not received”. We send no automatic email in reply to a form.
What we do not do
- We do not use analytics, advertising or tracking.
- We do not load fonts, scripts, maps or embeds from Google or other outside sites, apart from the Cloudflare security check on pages with a form.
- We do not use your data for marketing, we do not sell it and we do not make automated decisions about you.
Where data is processed
In Türkiye (our internal request system), in the European Union (our mailbox at Zoho) and in the United States and other countries where Cloudflare operates. How transfers are protected is explained in section 6 of the Privacy Notice.
Your rights
You can ask what data we hold about you, and ask us to correct, delete or stop using it, with the privacy request form. See also the Cookie Policy.
